The proof of address (POA) is compliant with regulatory guidelines to ensure the security for our clients and their funds. As part of the onboarding process, all customers must complete our Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) verification processes. The address must be verified for this process.
If the automatic address verification in the sign-up process was not successful, the address must be verified manually by us. For this, we need a proof of address document (POA).
The POA document must:
- Clearly state the user's full name
- Clearly state the user's home address
- Must be in latin characters
- Not be more than three months old or in the future (issue date)
- Water bill
- Electricity bill
- Gas bill
- Heating bill
- Internet bill
- Bank Account Statement
No other documents will be accepted.
