The proof of address is compliant with regulatory guidelines to ensure the security for our clients and their funds. As part of the onboarding process, all customers must complete our Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) verification processes. This process requires you to provide a Proof of Address (POA).
Customers will be required to provide a POA document during the verification video call with our partner IDnow. The document must be issued in the customer's name and show their current residential address.
The POA document must:
- Clearly state the user's full name
- Clearly state the user's home address
- Not be more than three months old or in the future (issue date)
- Water bill
- Electricity bill
- Gas bill
- Heating bill
- Telephone bill (mobile phone bill is not accepted)
- Internet bill
- Bank Account Statement
No other documents will be accepted by the IDnow agents.
