IDnow Video-Ident is a fast, easy and secure way to verify your identity. The process with IDnow is in full legal compliance and takes place with highly specialised identification agents.
As part of your account creation, you must successfully verify your identity through a short video call with IDnow.
You need the following:
- Internet access
- Your mobile phone
- A webcam on your device (smartphone, tablet or computer)
- A valid identification document
- A calm environment
- A valid Proof of Address (POA) document
The following browsers are supported by IDNow:
- Supported: Google Chrome and Mozilla Firefox - most recent version
- Not supported: Microsoft Edge, Internet Explorer, Apple Safari and Opera.
- Please note that it is not possible to use a browser via a smartphone or tablet. You can only use a smartphone or tablet via an app.
